Jeff Andersons Optimum Anabolics



A relatively new product from the so called Muscle Nerd. It's another one of the muscle building systems out there. As in, it's not simply another ebook, but a whole system of stuff that allows you to build muscle.

I thought the overall package was quite good. The ebook has been around for a while now and it's pretty good. Not overly long, but manages to get most of the important points across.

His system is based on a bunch of factors that determine whether you will build muscle or not.

There's a lot of emphasis on the training fundamentals. You know, stuff like how many reps to do, how many sets. And so forth. This is a handy read for anyone who knows little about bodybuilding.

The information is spot on. He cuts out the rubbish that you usually hear in the muscle magazines, so you know you're gonna get results. I personally would've liked more detail in the diet section though.

For me, diet is just as important as the weight training part, so I would've liked to see more in depth stuff on how to eat right to build your body.

Overall, this package is good. I won't say it's the best out there, but if you're again looking to expand your library, this would be a good choice for you.
