Jason Ferrugias Muscle Building Secrets
When I first opened this book up, I was a bit surprised. While most of the other ebooks here have been professionally designed, this one looked like a little kid did it. It didn't impress me at all.
But I guess that's not really important, so I pushed on and read the book from start to end, just to see if it had anything useful to say.
And the content was pretty good, Jason has used personal stories to get his message across, talking about people and events in his life that have changed things for him.
The weight training is pretty much spot on. You can't really fault that at all, however, theres not much of an emphasis on the diet section. I would definitely like to have seen more of that.
It's written in a simple and easy style to read which may or may not be a good thing depending on where you stand.
Overall, a decent enough read, although there are tons of other books out there that are far better and informative. If you are a muscle building addict, you might enjoy the read, but if you're not, then it's probably better to stick with the Musclehead.
